Jim Levine was named President & Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle West Energy in January 2003, a post he serves in addition to his position as Executive Vice President, APS Generation, which he has held since July 1999. In these capacities, he has overall responsibility for nuclear and fossil generation, fuel procurement, generation expansion activities and related functions for the two subsidiaries of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation.
