ames M. Flagg serves as the Company's President. Since graduating from the University of California at Davis Law School in 1982, he has held senior real estate positions with Woodmont Companies, American Savings & Loan, First Interstate Bank and Imperial Credit Commercial Mortgage Investment Co. (REIT). He has also been a general partner in several real estate investment partnerships other than those included herein. In addition, he manages his family's real estate portfolio; which has included over time investments in apartments, office buildings and residential land development projects in California and Hawaii. During his twenty-year real estate career he has been involved in over $1 billion of real estate transactions. |
