Mr. Mitchell has litigated a wide variety of cases in state and federal courts across Alabama (including jury trials to verdict) and in arbitration before the American Arbitration Association and the National Association of Securities Dealers. He has also assisted clients with legislative and regulatory matters in Washington, D.C. and Montgomery, Alabama.
Prior To Maynard Cooper:
Mr. Mitchell played forward on Birmingham-Southern College's 1995 national championship basketball team.
Outside the Office:
Mr. Mitchell and his wife, Elizabeth, live in Homewood, Alabama with their two children. |
