J.J. Johnson is Senior Vice President, Government Relations and Human Resources for The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. Mr. Johnson's Government Relations responsibilities include representing Nasdaq before the U.S. Congress, Executive Branch, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other federal agencies, as well as working within the company and with other industry participants on the development of public policy. He also manages the Nasdaq PAC.
As head of Human Resources, Mr. Johnson manages all workforce issues for Nasdaq, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and compensation and benefits issues. |
