James L. (Ted) Jadlos, Director. Mr. Jadlos has served as a Director since the Bank was organized in 1999. Mr. Jadlos is the lead Principal with Griffin Capital Management based in Denver Colorado. The firm specializes in working with mortgage companies and banks on a nationwide basis with respect to the valuation, sale and brokerage of mortgage servicing assets. Prior to forming Griffin earlier this year, he was engaged in the same profession as a Principal with Phoenix Capital, also based in Denver Colorado. Mr. Jadlos is frequently quoted as a leading authority in banking and mortgage banking publications with respect to the valuation and market for mortgage servicing assets. Mr. Jadlos has been active in the mortgage industry for over 14 years and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Virginia. |
