James J. Cleary is president of El Paso’s Western Pipeline Group, which consists of Colorado Interstate Gas, El Paso Natural Gas, Mojave Pipeline Company, Wyoming Interstate Company, and Cheyenne Plains Gas Pipeline.
Prior to assuming his current role, Cleary served for three years as president of ANR Pipeline Company, which is part of El Paso’s Eastern Pipeline Group. Cleary was formerly executive vice president of Southern Natural Gas Company and supervised Customer Service, Rates, and Operations Services. Cleary served Southern Natural Gas and its affiliated companies in many capacities since assuming his initial position as an attorney with the company in 1979.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William and Mary and a law degree from Boston College Law School. |
