Jim Sticha is a shareholder in the firm’s Corporate department. He focuses on representing private companies in all apsects of their business, including forming and raising capital for their business; advising on a wide range of business planning and operational issues; and assisting companies in selling their business or acquiring new businesses. Jim has closed numerous multimillion dollar business transactions, ranging from the sale of small family businesses to large corporate mergers and acquisitions. Jim also acts as an outside general counsel to many of his clients, advising them on a broad range of day-to-day operational and legal issues.
As a lifelong Saint Paul resident, Jim is an active member of the Twin Cities community. He is a member of the Nativity Men’s Club and the University of St. Thomas and Cretin-Derham Hall High School alumni associations.
