For over 25 years, he has managed financial matters for insurance companies of every scale, from Fortune 500s to early-stage ventures, and held several CFO positions. As part of that background, he has overseen the integration of corporate acquisitions, formed captive insurers and self-insured groups, managed joint ventures, and dealt with workers' compensation issues.
