Mr. Pisanelli is the co-chair of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Litigation Group. Based in the firm’s Las Vegas office, he focuses primarily on commercial litigation, construction, defamation and health care law. Mr. Pisanelli represents a wide variety of commercial clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to single entity developers and entrepreneurs. He continues to represent many of Nevada’s largest gaming companies in commercial disputes, as well as Nevada’s largest newspapers and the local affiliate of a national television broadcast company in defamation actions and related matters. Mr. Pisanelli’s construction practice includes litigation and commercial transactions for local, national and international contractors, designers and developers. Although his practice has focused primarily on commercial litigation, Mr. Pisanelli also practices transactional law for his construction clients. He has represented major hotel properties, institutional home builders, commercial developers, design professionals and subcontractors in the negotiation and preparation of construction contracts and development agreements. Mr. Pisanelli has tried and prosecuted numerous cases to judgment in state and federal court, as well as in various alternative dispute resolution settings. He also serves as a faculty member for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. |
