James J. Mermis has been our Chief Executive Officer since August 2006. Mr. Mermis was our President from February 2006 to August 2006 and our Vice President of Operations from March 2005 to January 2006. From June 2000 until February 2005, Mr. Mermis served as General Manager of Business Development at Torch Offshore, Inc., an offshore energy services company. From 1997 until 2000, Mr. Mermis worked at Stolt Comex Seaway Inc., an offshore energy services company, as Operations Manager and Senior Project Manager. Prior to that time, Mr. Mermis served in a variety of capacities at Subsea International Inc., an offshore energy services company. Mr. Mermis has over 30 years of experience in the domestic and international energy services industry. Mr. Mermis has a degree in Marine Technology and a Masters of Business Administration from Tulane University. |
