Mr. James J. McGuire, Jr. is a practicing attorney and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mr. McGuire has expertise in municipal and government law and criminal law and has worked in various law firms in New Jersey since 1975, with the last five years working as a sole practitioner. In addition, Mr. McGuire served as Judge of the Municipal Court of the Borough of Shrewsbury, New Jersey from 1987 to 1991.
