James J. Demma has practiced law in Montgomery County, Maryland, for over 30 years. He has extensive practice dealing with boundary disputes, easements, real estate contracts, titles, conveyancing, title insurance, land patents, boundary disputes, quiet title actions and condominium developments. He is also a registered land surveyor in the State of Maryland.
