Mr. Butler is a retired partner of KPMG LLP, Financial Services Practice. His career spans over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily as an audit partner at KPMG for various organizations including Aetna Inc, Alleghany Corp., Munich Reinsurance America, Inc., and Revios Reinsurance Co. In addition, Mr. Butler was an SEC reviewing partner for various companies including Genworth Financial Inc., Nationwide Financial Services, Inc., and The Travelers Companies, Inc. He is also a certified CPA, licensed in Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York.
