James J. Bresingham joined our company in July 2004 and has served as acting Chief Financial Officer since June 2007. He also served as Executive Vice President Chief Accounting Officer from January 2006 to August 2007 and Vice President of Business Development from July 2004 to December 2005. Prior to joining us, Mr. Bresingham was Director of Business Development at Sears, Roebuck & Co., a broadline retailer, from October 2001 until June 2004. He spent the previous seven years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in various auditing and transaction services roles.
