James J. Allwein, a member of the Executive Committee, joined ANI in October of 2005 and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. In this capacity he is responsible for establishing, implementing and monitoring the Company’s financial, accounting and information systems, including the preparation of financial reports for the Company’s lenders and shareholders.
Prior to joining ANI, Mr. Allwein was Controller for Vivatone Hearing Systems, a high-tech startup manufacturer and wholesaler of a revolutionary hearing system. His previous experience includes key financial roles at Acirca, Inc., an organic food and beverage private equity roll-up as well as Danone Groupe and Hitachi America, Ltd.
Mr. Allwein received a B.S. from Post College.
