Mr. Scheiner is the Chairman of Benatec Associates, Inc., an architectural and engineering consulting company, where he previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer. During his career, Mr. Scheiner has served as Secretary of Revenue for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and as Deputy Secretary for Administration within the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. He has been a Harsco Director since 1995. |
