James H. Hartung is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Toledo-Lucas County (Ohio) Port Authority, a position he has held since 1994. Mr. Hartung has served as our Director since January 2006 and is a member of the Board's Compensation and Nominating Committees. Mr. Hartung's son, Howard, is our Chief Operating Officer.
