James H. Greer has been a director since 1990. Mr. Greer is Chairman of the Board of Greer Capital Corporation as well as President of two companies involved in real estate and commercial real estate development and management. From 1985 to 2001, Mr. Greer served as Chairman of the Board of Shelton W. Greer Co., Inc., which engineers, manufactures, fabricates and installs building specialty products.
