Mr. Culpepper is responsible for all retail development, leasing, and asset management disciplines at Faison. Mr. Culpepper joined Faison in 1983. He began his real estate career in 1973 at Goodman Segar Hogan where he became Senior Vice President and Director of Retail Leasing, responsible for the company's regional mall and strip center portfolio in seven states. At Faison, Mr. Culpepper oversees all aspects of selection and planning for all retail development primarily located in the eastern part of the United States. During his career with Faison, the company has successfully completed 45 retail centers and currently has more than 5 million square feet of retail projects under development. As a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Mr. Culpepper served on its Board of Trustees for two terms and has been Chairman of its Governmental Affairs Committee. |
