Mr. Gaspich has extensive litigation experience through more than 20 years of his law practice which specializes in complex litigation and appeals, including commercial and business litigation, franchise litigation, construction litigation, real estate litigation, and insurance coverage litigation. Through his representation of diverse clientele, including corporations, developers, contractors, franchisors, licensed professionals, and insurers, Mr. Gaspich has consistently demonstrated his commitment to excellence in client service and the achievement of successful results for clients. Mr. Gaspich is admitted to practice law in all the courts of Colorado and California (presently inactive), as well as the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the Northern District of California.
