Jim has over 16 years of experience in commercial mortgage banking, mortgage brokerage and direct mortgage lending. He has been with Johnson Capital Partners of Arizona, L.L.C. (formerly WMF Robert C. Wilson) since 1990. His experience includes business development, extensive negotiating and underwriting of commercial and multifamily loans. Annually, Jim has been a top producer in the Phoenix office. He is on the board of directors (treasurer) for the Arizona chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He is a member of the Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA), and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). Jim is the founder of The Cajun Foundation, a non-profit organization which has an annual fundraiser for local charities. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and holds a bachelor of business administration degree. |
