James F. Blair is a Managing Director and Secretary of Greater Ohio Ethanol. Mr. Blair is the senior attorney in the law firm of Blair and Associates located in Lima, Ohio where he began his practice in 1974 upon graduation from Ohio Northern University Law School with a Juris Doctor degree. He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from ONU in 1969. Mr. Blair's legal practice is concentrated in the areas of business planning, corporate, agricultural, estate planning and probate law. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Blair was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army in 1971, after 2 years of service in the field artillery, fire direction control. Currently, Mr. Blair is an honorary director and legal advisor to the Allen County Agricultural Society, where he has served for the past 23 years. Mr. Blair is also the past president of the board of directors of the Lima Memorial Health System and the past president of the Lima Memorial Hospital board of directors and is currently serving on said Boards as a Director. |
