Jim has been involved with development and construction in the Raleigh area for nearly 15 years with experience in all aspects of commercial, residential, multifamily, and institutional projects. He has recently ended a six year term on the Raleigh Planning Commission serving the last year as its chairman. Jim earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from North Carolina State University, as well as a Master of Building Construction from the University of Florida. Jim holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s License, North Carolina Commercial General Contractor’s License, and is affiliated with the National Council of Architectural Registration Board. His professional affiliations include American Institute of Architects, American Planning Association, North Carolina Planning Association, National Association of Realtors and Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors. |
