James E. Jeffers is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group and resident in the firm’s Princeton office. Prior to joining the firm, James was an associate at Jones Day in New York.
As a member of the real estate group, James' practice involves the representation of tenants and landlords in office and retail leasing matters, the representation of lenders and borrowers in commercial financing transactions relating to real estate and the representation of purchasers and sellers with acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate.
In General. James received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Albany Law School of Union University in Albany, NY in 2003, and his bachelor's degree in economics from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina in 2000. |
