Mr. Parsons is of counsel in the Northern Kentucky office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. He is a member of the firm's Business and Finance Department and the Public Law, Public Finance and State and Local Tax Practices. Mr. Parsons received his undergraduate degree from Northern Kentucky University and law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. He was the Assistant City Solicitor, City Solicitor and City Manager for the City of Newport and was very involved in a number of developments in Newport, including the Newport Aquarium and Newport on the Levee. For the last seven years, he has served as the Boone County Administrator and Deputy County Judge/Executive. Mr. Parsons focuses his practice in the areas of public law, public finance and tax incentives for business development, including tax increment financing for development projects.
