Business Litigation
James E. Meadows focuses his practice on civil litigation and appeals. He has a broad range of experience in business disputes, including commercial, real estate (including landlord-tenant), construction and employment cases, in both federal and state courts. His appellate experience includes representing clients at all levels of the Missouri appellate courts and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eight Circuit. Before joining the Firm, Mr. Meadows served as law clerk at the Missouri Supreme Court.
