James Lokey founded Settlement Capital Corporation in 1988 and is recognized as the founder of the structured settlement purchaser industry. He earned designation as a Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) in 1993, the only principal in the secondary market for structured settlements so designated. Mr. Lokey has been a voting member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA) and is a founding member of the National Association of Settlement Purchasers (NASP) where he served as President from 1996 to 2006. He is a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI). Mr. Lokey holds a degree in industrial engineering from Texas Tech University and a Masters in international management and finance from the University of Texas at Dallas. |
