James E. Carlberg
Profile
Jim Carlberg is a partner and chairs the firm's Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Group. He assists both borrower and creditor clients in bankruptcy, credit or lending issues. He represents commercial banks, savings and loans, life insurance companies, and other financial institutions dealing with problem loans and with compliance with state and federal regulations. He also counsels businesses with financial problems regarding collection, foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Carlberg is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and Commercial Law League. He has been a practicing attorney since 1974.
