James D. Foy serves as non-executive director on Kalido's board. As an enterprise software industry veteran and currently chief executive officer and president of Aspect Software, Jim brings Kalido substantial experience in managing rapid growth. Jim presides over world's largest organization focused solely on delivering contact center solutions for sales and telemarketing, customer service and collections. Aspect Software was formed from the merger of Concerto Software and Aspect Communications in July 2005. Jim was previously Chief Executive Officer and Director of Concerto Software, which he joined in 2001.
During his distinguished career, Jim has held several executive roles at leading enterprise software companies. Prior to Concerto, Jim served as president of Informix Software (since acquired by IBM), then a global enterprise software company with more than $750 million in revenue. He previously served as the executive vice president of engineering at Ardent Software, where he was engaged in managing the company's growth through an acquisition strategy and playing a pivotal role in its successful acquisition by Informix.
Jim was also the founder, president and CEO of Constellation Software, which developed platform, operating system and database independent middleware; and director of research and development at Prime Computer, where he ran a worldwide software development operation. While at Prime, he was also a member of the board of directors of X/Open and Unix International. |
