Mr. Woods has served as a director since June 2001. During the period beginning in 1988 and ending in March 2005, Mr. Woods served as director of Varco at various times. Mr. Woods is the Chairman Emeritus and retired Chief Executive Officer of Baker Hughes Incorporated. Mr. Woods was Chief Executive Officer of Baker Hughes from April 1987, and Chairman from January 1989, in each case until January 1997. Mr. Woods is also a director of National Oilwell Varco, Inc. and ESCO Technologies, an NYSE-listed supplier of engineered filtration precuts to the process, healthcare and transportation markets; Foster Wheeler Ltd., an OTC-traded holding company of various subsidiaries which provides a broad range of engineering, design, construction and environmental services; OMI Corporation, an NYSE-listed bulk shipping company providing seaborne transportation services primarily of crude oil and refined petroleum products; and USEC Inc., an NYSE-listed supplier of enriched uranium. |
