James D. Robinson III has been a Director of the Company since April 1992. He also serves as a Director of FDGS Holdings General Partner II, LLC, a majority-owned subsidiary of the Company, since December 2002. He is a General Partner and co-founder of RRE Ventures, a private information technology venture investment firm and President of J.D. Robinson, Inc., a strategic advisory firm. Mr. Robinson is also non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. Mr. Robinson previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and as a Director of American Express from 1977 until February 1993. He is a Director of The Coca-Cola Company and Novell, Inc. Mr. Robinson is a member of the Business Council and the Council on Foreign Relations. He is Honorary Co-Chairman of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, an honorary Trustee of the Brookings Institution and Chairman Emeritus of the World Travel and Tourism Council. |
