James D. Finn is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's New York office. He is a member of the Corporate Department.
Jimmy was part of the United States Department of Justice's summer honors program in both 2003 and 2004. In 2003, he worked in the Employment Litigation Section of the Civil Right Division. In 2004, he was part of the Civil Rights Division's Special Litigation Section.
While in law school, Jimmy was the Executive Articles Editor of The North Carolina Law Review and a member of the Holderness Moot Court.
Jimmy is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in New York and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
