Education: University of California, Davis (B.A., 1974); University of Santa Clara School of Law (J.D., Magna Cum Laude, 1977). Member: Fresno County Bar Association (Construction Law Section); State Bar of California (Litigation Section). Judge Pro Tem, Fresno Superior Court, 2004 - present. Mr. Burnside is the Chairman of the Business Litigation Department and represents a wide variety of clients ranging from commercial and industrial contractors and developers to new motor vehicle dealers and insurance companies.
