Mr. Day has served as Chairman of the Board of the Company since October 1992 and as Chief Executive Officer of the Company since January 1984. He served as President from January 1984 to January 1999 before resuming the office of President effective March 1, 2005. From January 1983 until his election as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Day served as Vice President of the Company. Mr. Day is also a director of two public companies, Global Industries and ONEOK, Inc., and a trustee of The Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation. |
