Dr. Van Horne is the A.P. Giannini Professor of Finance, Graduate School of Business, Stanford University. He also serves as a Director of Synnex Corporation (information technology distributor) and Bailard Opportunity Fund Group, Inc. (registered investment company). Dr. Van Horne was Chairman of the Board of the Fund from July 1992 to July 2004.
