Jim is the firm’s Healthcare/Laboratory Market Sector Leader. He has significant experience in the design of complex HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems for a variety of project types with special emphasis on healthcare and laboratory facilities. His project history includes engineering for both new and renovated facilities including: Kellogg Eye Center at University of Michigan; Southshore Medical Center; Sinai-Grace Hospital Consolidation projects; Saginaw Valley State University Energy Loop System (2000 ASHRAE Technology Award Chapter and Regional; National Competition Honorable Mention); Cheboygan Hospital Medical Office Building; Thunder Bay Community Health facility.
Jim is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers and is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional. Jim holds a bachelor of arts, cum laude from Kalamazoo College and a bachelor of science in engineering from Oakland University. |
