Group Head of the Financial Institutions Insurance and Real Estate investment banking groups. Mr. Neuhauser is involved in raising capital for financial institutions real estate companies insurance firms and specialty finance banking companies; advising companies on mergers and acquisitions and providing financial advisory services to business organizations.
Prior to joining FBR Mr. Neuhauser was a Senior Vice President of Trident Financial Corporation where he specialized in managing stock offerings for mutual to stock conversions of thrift institutions from 1986 to early 1993. Prior to joining Trident Mr. Neuhauser worked in commercial banking with the Bank of New England from 1982 through 1984.
Mr. Neuhauser is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Society of Financial Analysts. He received an MBA from the University of Michigan in 1986 and a A.B. from Brown University in 1982. |
