James (Jim) Momtazee is a Director at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co LLP (KKR) and has been with KKR for nine years. He works in the Menlo Park, California office and is a member of the firm's Health Care industry team.
In addition to the HCA merger agreement, he has been directly involved with the investments in Accellent, Alliance Imaging and Jazz Pharmaceuticals and is on the board of all of those companies.
Prior to joining KKR, Jim was with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he worked on a broad range of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and merchant banking transactions. He holds an A.B. and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
Jim has lived in the San Francisco area for the past 16 or so years, but was raised in St. Louis and continues to follows its sports teams. |
