He has testified or consulted to counsel in litigation involving oil, coal, iron and steel, silver, copper, heating oil, aluminum, futures markets, infant formula, rail transportation, real estate valuation, financial services, retail trade, music, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and environmental economics.
