James Brand is an associate in Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Regulated Industries department. His practice is evenly split between two keen interests: environmental law, including everything from land use and drainage to CERCLA , and bankruptcy law. In his bankruptcy practice, James has advised and represented clients ranging from a small business debtor to one of the largest banks in the United States. Prior to joining the firm, James clerked for the Honorable Eugene R. Wedoff, Chief Judge of the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. James has also served as a law clerk for Earthjustice in Juneau, Alaska, and as a law clerk for the Oneida Nation. |
