Mr. Farmer, a partner in the Columbus office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University, a master's in city and regional planning from The Ohio State University, and law degree, graduating cum laude, from The Ohio State University. Mr. Farmer has a general corporate, business and real estate practice, with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, including project financings, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, intellectual property, franchising, distribution relationships and international law. He has advised and represented non-profit and for profit corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships in general business matters, including formation and dissolution, tax-free reorganizations, securities offerings, real property construction and hardware/software contract negotiations. |
