Jim Norton is the Founder, President and CEO of Fiderion Group, LLC. Jim spent three decades working at executive search firms before launching James Norton Partners (now Fiderion Group) in 2002. His vision was to create a boutique executive search firm that would combine the best aspects of both market leaders and their smaller, more nimble competitors. Prior to launching Fiderion, Jim was managing director of the Americas Financial Services Practice at Korn/Ferry International. Under his leadership, the division grew from $20 million to $70 million in annual revenues. He also served as managing director of the Americas region for GKR’s financial services practice. Norton joined GKR upon the acquisition of a firm he co-founded, Norton & Ritter, which had offices in Atlanta, Chicago and Hartford. Jim studied industrial management while a scholarship athlete at Georgia Institute of Technology. He is certified in Benchmarks® by the Center of Creative Leadership.
