James B. Burke is a principal of CIE, a division of Tullett Liberty Securities LLC. Prior to CIE, Jim was President of Fleet Institutional Trading Services. In 1992, he joined its predecessor organization, Quick & Reilly, which was acquired in 1998 by FleetBoston Financial and merged with Bank of America in 2004. His prior experience includes nine years as General Partner in charge of the Institutional Trading Desk at P.R. Burke & Co.(NYSE). |
