Background/Education

Mr. Rocchio was born in Oceanside, California, February 5, 1958. He holds a B.S. (Acct.) magna cum laude, from the University of Detroit (1979); a J.D. from University of Detroit School of Law (1982); and his M.L. Taxation, cum laude, from Georgetown University School of Law (1987). He was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1982. In 1983 he became a Certified Public Accountant. From 1988 to 1998 he served as Adjunct Professor at the University Of Detroit Mercy School Of Law.
