James A. Parke retired as Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of GE Capital Services and a Senior Vice President of GE in December 2005. He had served in those positions since 2002.
From 1989 to 2002 he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at GE Capital Services and a Vice President of GE. Prior thereto from 1981 to 1989 he held various management positions in several GE businesses.
Mr. Parke received a B.A. in History Political Science and Economics from Concordia College in Minnesota in 1968.
