James A. Pappas joined Certain as President and CEO in 2000 with more than 20 years of experience in technology, business strategy and operations. Mr. Pappas oversees the company's strategy and operations to provide world-class solutions to Certain’s customers. Under his leadership, the company has tripled revenues, expanded operations in North America and Europe, and more than doubled the number of employees. Prior to joining Certain, he held various executive management positions in technology and the telecommunications industry. A proven track record of revenue growth, cost reduction, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction are attributable to his strong leadership skills. Previously, Mr. Pappas was President and CEO of VideoYellowPages.com, where he expanded the company's Omaha operation and established its San Francisco branch in anticipation of a national launch. Prior to VideoYellowPages.com, he was Vice President and Chief Information Officer from 1989 to 1999 at SBC Directory Operations (now AT&T). In this capacity, he provided all systems and technology strategies and directed day-to-day operations. He has his Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Business Management from DePaul University. Stephen Mohun Chief Financial Officer Steve Mohun joined Certain in 2001 as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Mr. Mohun provides the stable financial leadership required to position the company for continued financial and operational success. He has overall leadership responsibility for financial analysis, budget and reporting, and fiscal management. With a solid track record of achievement in driving and communicating stakeholder value, Mr. Mohun has more than two decades of financial management and accounting expertise including over 10 years with SBC Directory Operations Finance and Accounting division (formerly Pacific Bell Directory now a division of AT&T). Mr. Mohun is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his Bachelor's degree in Business with a minor in Economics from California State University at Chico. Ken Voss Executive Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Implementation Services Ken Voss leads Certain’s Sales, Marketing and Implementation Services organizations. Mr. Voss brings a proven track record of developing empowered and successful sales, marketing and professional services organizations and executing high-growth strategies in global technology companies. Since joining Certain in 2006, Mr. Voss has expanded the Sales and Marketing teams, as well as developed the partner distribution channel to include Europe, Asia Pacific and Australia. He has increased the level of customer satisfaction through the newly formed Implementation Services group. |
