Jim Oliver has a wealth of experience and expertise across a broad range of practice areas.
Some of his more high profile cases include representing investors, officers, and directors in securities fraud class actions, his work on behalf of a steel manufacturer in litigation over defective rebar in a Mexican nuclear plant, his representation of one of the largest international construction and engineering firms involved on the Alaska oil pipeline, and representing the largest asphalt paving contractor in the Northwest on a multitude of highway projects.
In addition, Jim has worked on behalf of clients in wrongful death litigation and personal injury claims stemming from aircraft and helicopter crashes.
He also represents high net worth individuals in dissolution actions.
For me, the size of our firm has real advantages for clients. We can build a better relationship with clients and serve them better. A lot of clients become friends, and I don’t know that you find that in larger firms.
Jim Oliver has been named a "Super Lawyer" by Washington Law & Politics magazine. |
