Mr. Mitchell is the Executive Fellow-Leadership Center for Ethical Business Cultures (since 1999) a not-for-profit organization assisting business leaders in creating ethical and profitable cultures. Mr. Mitchell serves on the Compensation and Development and Governance committees.
A graduate of Princeton University he is a chartered financial consultant a chartered life underwriter and a fellow Society of Actuaries. He served as a director of KLT Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Great Plains Energy during 2001. |
