Mr. Ellis is a partner at Carrington Coleman whose practice is predominantly in civil trial and appellate litigation, involving a wide variety of businesses and legal subject matters. He has argued or tried cases in the Supreme Court of the United States, the Texas Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Eleventh Circuit, many of the Texas Courts of Appeal, U.S. District Courts in the four districts in Texas and the Middle District in Florida, the Court of Federal Claims, district and county courts in several Texas counties, and federal and Texas administrative agencies. |
