Carminucci concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial finance and public finance, including construction, permanent financing and refinancing and asset based lending, as well as in the area of corporate law. He has experience with contract negotiations, commercial leasing, commercial loan closings, corporate acquisitions and sales, and consultation with management on all corporate matters. In the area of public finance, Mr. Carminucci has acted as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel, letter of credit issuer’s counsel, trustee’s counsel and underwriter’s counsel. Mr. Carminucci has represented and represents Bank of America, Citizens Bank, First Niagara Bank, KeyBank National Association, Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation, Pioneer Savings Bank, Partners Trust Bank and Wells Fargo bank, National Association in all facets of commercial lending transactions. He also acts as bond counsel for Saratoga County, New York, the County of Saratoga Industrial Development Agency, the Town of Corinth Industrial Development Agency, the Town of Clifton Park Industrial Development Agency and the City of Mechanicville and Town of Stillwater Industrial Development Agency. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1986 and to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar in 1986. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Mr. Carminucci is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. Mr. Carminucci currently serves on the board of the Saratoga Care Foundation and The Children’s Museum at Saratoga and is a past member of the board of directors of the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce. |
